In 439 sorties on the Eastern front Galić claimed 34 confirmed and 9 unconfirmed victories (four of which were later confirmed) - 9x LaGG-3, 5x Il-2, 5x I-16, 5x MiG-3, 4x MiG-1, 4x I-153, 2x MDR-6 flying boats, DB-3, Pe-2, Spitfire and R-10. According to some sources he was credited with 38 conf. and 8 unc. victories (Fekets, M.: c.d.).
  3. Franjo Džal is usually shown with 13 confirmed and 3 or 5 unconfirmed victories (Fekets, M.: c.d.). According to the newest sources Franjo Džal got 16 conf and 3 to 5 unc. victories during the course of 157 missions.

  8. Born on 2nd September 1917 near Karlovac. Martinko was part of the Czech minority in Yugoslavia. Eduard Martinko is sometimes credited vith 11 confirmed and 2 unconfirmed victories (Fekets, M.: c.d.), 10 conf. victories (Polák, T.: c.d.) or 13 conf. and 1 unc. victories (Máče, J.: Eduard Martinko - české eso Luftwaffe, in Vojenské letectvo, No. 1/2004). He claimed ten confirmed and three unconfirmed victories, two of which were later confirmef.
